Pricing for commercial carpet cleaning has to be done on site. We can arrange a visit for you if you call us on 01376 802021.
Do I need to move the furniture?
Please ask your staff to move personal items from the carpet, please also move items such as waste paper bins, reams of paper etc. We will move chairs and clean under desks, but generally the desks are left in place.
How long do the carpets take to dry?
Commercial carpets usually have a small pile and are synthetic, this means they dry quickly. Often the carpets can be used straight away after cleaning.
What about insurance and health and safety?
We are fully insured with item worked on also included. We will provide you with the necessary health and safety documents.
Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that carpets and upholstery may not have a consistent appearance after cleaning because of differences in wear and tear. Sunlight will sometimes cause fading in areas of the carpet or fabric and cleaning cannot rectify this. Stains are not always visible before dirt is removed and it may not be possible to remove those stains completely. The Company will use its best efforts to provide a good result but Clients are asked to be aware of these limitations which are common to all cleaning operations.
Please secure or remove all fragile and highly breakable items and any valuble items before any cleaning takes place. We will often work with the front door open, so please move any keys, wallets, purses and handbags to secure locations and out of view from the street.
Please inspect the work immediately after its completion and to draw the operatives attention to any outstanding cleaning issues while they are still on site. The operatives will carry out any such additional work to your complete satisfaction. If you or any third party instructed by the you is not present at the time of completion of the service then no claims regarding any cleaning issues can be made.
